Terms of Service

AIMS is intended for use by:

• Prospective and enrolled students of St. Catherine College of Valenzuela, Inc.
• Parents and guardians submitting registration on behalf of minor students
• Authorized school personnel — teachers, administrators, and super-admins assigned by SCCV

By using AIMS, you represent that you are either an eligible user or a parent or guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor. Unauthorized use of the system is strictly prohibited.

Access to certain areas of AIMS requires an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• Notifying SCCV immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

SCCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to contain false information.

You agree to use AIMS only for its intended educational and administrative purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Access, copy, or distribute another user's personal information without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the system or to another user's account
• Use the system to harass, intimidate, or harm any student, staff, or other person
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of AIMS, including by introducing malware or performing unauthorized automated access
• Use AIMS for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access and may be referred to appropriate school or legal authorities.

The registration feature of AIMS allows students or their parents and guardians to submit enrollment applications online. By submitting a registration form, you acknowledge that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee enrollment; acceptance is subject to SCCV's admission policies and available slots
• SCCV may contact you via the email address or phone number provided to follow up on your application
• Providing false information may result in cancellation of enrollment

Your use of AIMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AIMS, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

All content, design, software, and materials within AIMS — including but not limited to the SCCV logo, branding, and system interface — are the property of St. Catherine College of Valenzuela, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of AIMS without prior written consent from SCCV.

SCCV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AIMS or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, particularly during active enrollment periods. SCCV is not liable for any losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.

We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AIMS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

AIMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SCCV makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the system for any particular purpose. While we strive to maintain accurate records, SCCV does not guarantee that all information displayed in AIMS is error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, SCCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of AIMS, including but not limited to loss of data, enrollment delays, or access disruptions — even if SCCV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of AIMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Valenzuela City, Philippines.
